Leading market research specialists eDigitalResearch have been appointed as global research partners for the new worldwide retailing organisation IORMA (International Omni Retailing Members Association).

IORMA provides global and regional knowledge for members across the globe on all matters relating to the growing world of omni channel retailing. eDigitalResearch are perfectly placed to help guide the association, having benchmarked the growth of the eRetail industry since 1999, giving them a wealth of experience and expertise in the area.
